Turtle Beach needed to drive awareness and sales across its full lineup of gaming headsets—from entry-level to premium—while educating consumers who didn’t yet understand why a dedicated gaming headset mattered. The challenge was especially acute in retail, where purchase decisions happen quickly and sound quality is hard to demonstrate.
We created an experiential in-store system that let consumers hear the difference instantly. Interactive kiosks with sample headsets were paired with clean, inspirational product videos designed specifically for small retail screens. As the brand expanded globally, we scaled the system with scripted and animated videos in more than 10 languages, optimized for retail environments, mobile, and digital distribution. The work spanned product video, animation, in-store experience design, social, and full production.
The results were immediate and measurable. Sales increased everywhere kiosks launched, and in just one month—following the installation of 4,500 kiosks at GameStop—sales of higher-end models (over $150 SKUs) rose by more than 50%. The content system also supported retail and digital rollout at Best Buy, helping position Turtle Beach as a leading global gaming headset brand today.
